Return and Exchange Conditions
Return Conditions: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
The item must be in brand new, unused, unwashed condition, with its original tags and packaging.
If you received the wrong item or the item is defective, you are entitled to a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item.
Exchange Conditions: Exchanges are only available if the item is in brand new, unused, unwashed condition, with its original tags and packaging.
Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item, specifying the size or color you wish to exchange for.
Refund Process
Requesting a Return or Exchange:
Please contact Customer Service at [email protected] to submit your return or exchange request.
Please provide your order number, item name, and the reason for the return or exchange in your email.
Obtain Return Authorization: We will send you a confirmation email upon receiving your return request, providing return authorization and the specific return address.
Return by Mail: Please return the product according to the instructions in the confirmation email. Ensure the package is securely and properly packaged, and include your order number for processing.

Return Processing: Once we receive the returned item, your request will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method after verification. Please note that processing times may be delayed depending on the bank.
Fee Information:
Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or incorrect, our return policy requires customers to bear the return shipping costs.
Exchange Shipping Costs: For exchanges, the customer will bear the cost of reshipping the item.
